Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We aim to deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible. Free shipping is available on orders over €160.

International
We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are not always able to make changes.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact.

All returns are carefully checked by our team to ensure they meet these conditions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
